The man some like to describe as arguably the nation’s most talented brewer doesn’t work in some trendy big-city brewpub. He doesn’t ply his craft at some sprawling suburban brewery with towering fermentation tanks, either. And he’s not off on some cross-country brewing extravaganza, collaborating with other great minds in the industry.

No, Shaun Hill busies himself with his life’s passion in the somewhat lonely, cramped interior of a converted garage on the rural northern Vermont property his family has owned for eight generations.
